Welcome to LinkNitro ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and applications available through linknitro.app (the "Site") and the LinkNitro platform, including all features and tools provided. By accessing or using LinkNitro, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from using our services.

1. Services Provided

LinkNitro is a comprehensive link management platform that provides users with the ability to:

  • Shorten, brand, and manage URLs
  • Create and customize QR codes
  • Build bio pages and link-in-bio profiles
  • Track link analytics including clicks, geographic data, device types, and referral sources
  • Manage custom branded domains
  • Create pixel-based retargeting campaigns
  • Set up geo-targeting, device targeting, and language-based redirects
  • Collaborate using campaign and channel management tools
  • Access developer features via API

Our services are offered on a subscription or lifetime license basis and are accessible via our web platform and API.

2. Eligibility

By using LinkNitro, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms
  • You will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations
  • You are not located in a country subject to applicable trade sanctions or embargoes

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use LinkNitro, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Security

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. We will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

3.3 One Account Per User

You may not create multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing plan limits, abusing promotional offers, or evading a suspension or ban.

3.4 Accuracy of Information

You agree to keep your account information accurate and up to date, including your email address and billing information.

4. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

By using LinkNitro, you agree that you will not use the platform to:

  • Shorten, share, or promote URLs that contain malware, spyware, phishing pages, or any malicious code
  • Distribute spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or engage in email marketing without appropriate consent
  • Link to content that is illegal, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, hateful, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable
  • Engage in click fraud, traffic manipulation, or artificial inflation of analytics data
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any technical restrictions or security measures
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform without our written permission
  • Use the platform in any way that disrupts, damages, or impairs the service for other users
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these terms, including terminating their account and reporting to law enforcement authorities.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Plan Types

LinkNitro offers the following types of plans:

  • Free Plan: Limited access to core features with usage caps
  • Paid Subscription Plans: Monthly or yearly billing with expanded features and higher usage limits
  • Lifetime License Plans: One-time payment for permanent access tied to the operational lifespan of the platform

5.2 License Codes

Lifetime licenses may be purchased through authorized third-party marketplaces and reseller platforms. These codes are single-use and non-transferable. Each code activates one account only. Codes that have already been activated cannot be reused. LinkNitro is not responsible for the purchase process, pricing, or refund policies of any third-party marketplace where licenses are sold.

5.3 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all fees associated with your plan.

5.4 Auto-Renewal

Subscription plans auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account billing page.

5.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice before any price change takes effect for existing subscribers.

5.6 Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refund requests made within 7 days of payment on a case-by-case basis. Lifetime license purchases are non-refundable once activated. To request a refund, contact us at support@linknitro.app.

5.7 Taxes

You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and levies imposed by any government authority in connection with your use of our services.

6. Custom Domains

LinkNitro allows users to connect custom branded domains to their accounts. By connecting a custom domain, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are the lawful owner or authorized user of that domain
  • You will not use custom domains to engage in any prohibited activity outlined in Section 4
  • You understand that domain connectivity requires proper DNS configuration and that we are not responsible for DNS propagation delays or domain registrar issues

We reserve the right to remove or disable any custom domain that is used in violation of these Terms.

7. API Access

7.1 API Usage

Access to the LinkNitro API is available to users on eligible plans. By using the API, you agree to comply with all applicable rate limits and usage guidelines.

7.2 Rate Limits

API requests are subject to rate limiting. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary suspension of API access. We reserve the right to adjust rate limits at any time.

7.3 API Key Security

Your API key is confidential. You are responsible for keeping it secure and must not share it publicly. If you believe your API key has been compromised, you should regenerate it immediately from your account settings.

8. Analytics and Data Tracking

LinkNitro collects and processes click data, geographic information, device types, browser information, and referral sources for links created on the platform. This data is used to provide analytics to users. By using the platform, you acknowledge that:

  • Click data is processed and stored by LinkNitro
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your use of tracking features complies with applicable privacy laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and other regional data protection regulations
  • You must obtain appropriate consent from your end users where required by law before using tracking pixels or retargeting features

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Our Content

All content, design, features, and functionality of the LinkNitro platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the intellectual property of LinkNitro and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to the platform. By using our services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide the service.

9.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you.

10. Availability and Uptime

We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily affects service availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.

11. Lifetime Accounts

Lifetime accounts provide access to LinkNitro without recurring subscription fees. However, users acknowledge and agree that the term "lifetime" refers solely to the operational lifespan of the LinkNitro platform. If, at any point, LinkNitro is discontinued, shut down, or permanently suspended — whether due to business, technical, legal, or any other considerations — lifetime accounts will be terminated along with the service. We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice before any such discontinuation.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid fees.

12.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • We are required to do so by law
  • Your account poses a security risk to the platform or other users
  • You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use the platform ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • LinkNitro is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
  • We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill
  • Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to LinkNitro in the 12 months preceding the claim

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LinkNitro, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from:

  • Your use of the platform
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Any content you create, share, or distribute using our services

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of LinkNitro will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting us at support@linknitro.app. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve any concerns within 30 days.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of LinkNitro after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
